Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.traffico-official.com. Items cannot be returned or exchanged during Black Friday.
RETURNSCustomer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days since your order receipt to ask for a full refund or an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To return or exchange items, contact us at email@example.com with your order number specifying if it is a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
For items on sale we cannot accept exchanges and returns.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged during Black Friday, with 50% off sale or above and during special promotions.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Send an email to inform us of your return. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box. Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order. Close the box and tape it securely. Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods. We kindly advise that the items on sale for no profit projects cannot be changed or returned.
We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
